Lady Bugs, or Ladybugs, have round bodies, either red or yellow, with black, red, yellow or white spots. Ladybugs are found in fields, forests and gardens and feed primarily on aphids and small insects. Ladybugs also prefer warmth, seeking out warm structures during the Fall months.

Ladybugs will lay their eggs, up to 500 during a lifetime, in clusters of bright yellow eggs on foliage near food supplies. Their lifespan is only 2-3 months.

Ladybugs are often used to control fruit eating insects.
